VENDOR SPACE DETAILS

Each purchase of CCAG 2024 Vendor Booth Space comes with:

  • Two(2) Vendor Badges/Lanyards
  • One(1) 8' Table - Can be removed in the purchase options if a table is not needed for your setup.

Add-ons: (Go to the Add-Ons item in the shop to add to cart!)

  • Electric: $10 each
  • Charis: $5 each
  • Additional Vendor Badges/Lanyards: $5 each

Please note a few of things:

  1. There is a limit of 4 tables per vendor. Any amount above 4 will be refunded if not previously agreed upon by CCAG show.
  2. Only one(1) unit of electricity is needed to purchase if you require electric.
  3. Feel free to reference table numbers on the NEW map below in the “notes to seller” field. Please also reference the section markers in yellow. (In most cases, these selections will be honored, but will still be up to the discretion of the CCAG show.)
  4. Red tables are electric accessible tables.

VENDOR AGREEMENT:

By signing up as a vendor to Cleveland’s Classic Console and Arcade Gaming Show, you confirm that your setup does fit with the overall theme of the show, which includes the following:

  • All manner of video game consoles, computers and software from the start of the video game era to current.
  • Video game related or themed items such as memorabilia, crafts and custom hardware orsoftware.
  • Vintage toys, Games 70s, 80s, 90s
  • Video game themed displays and attractions.

I will not be selling illegal pirated copies of video game cartridges or discs. I understand that if it comes to the attention of the CCAG staff that I am indeed selling illegal pirate copies of games, I understand that I will be asked to leave without a refund.


REFUND POLICY:

100% Refund: More than 90 days from the event.

50% Refund: 61-89 days from the event.

25% Refund: 31-60 days from the event.

NO REFUND: 0-30 day from the event.
